Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We provide shipping throughout the US & international shipping all over the world. We provide free shipping for all orders above $40.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship worldwide so it will depend on your country of residence. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, we process orders from Monday-Friday and ship them everyday by 3pm. Orders will be processed within a business day from when it was placed. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
It may take anywhere from 7 - 20 days on average. This is highly dependent on where your order is being shipped to. We offer ground shipping up to Next day delivery at checkout.
Papa Rozier Farms is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Unfortunately, we do not have control over any delays.
How can I track my order?
We will email the tracking information of your order to the e-mail address provided during checkout. It’s best to contact the courier with the tracking number you received to get an accurate update of your package! Please contact us at info@paparozierfarms if you do not receive tracking confirmation.
The courier tried to deliver the package but I wasn't at home. What should I do?
Please contact the courier. Usually, they will try to resend your package on the next business day, but sometimes they will ask you to pick up your package at their local office.
The tracking status of my says "Return to Sender", what should I do?
In the event that a parcel is returned to us, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can arrange to resend your order.
My tracking information says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination. Please contact our Customer Service at info@paparozierfarms for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
I input the wrong address and it was delivered, what should I do?
The address that is input by the customer during checkout is the address our system will automatically ship it out to. Please contact info@paparozierfarms asap if you’ve entered the wrong address so we can update your information. We cannot issue a refund or resend an order once it has shipped to the address provided by the customer.
